Who is The Multitude Experience and what do we do?
We’re an interdenominational institute for theological studies working with clergy and lay leaders who are called to specialized ministries. These participants realize the need to increase their skill sets for ministry but are not called to attend seminary.
What sets us apart from other organizations?
Our Certificate in Ministry program is customized based on the experience and education participants bring to the program. We offer an electronic, blended learning format. An administrator works with participants throughout the process.
What problem are we addressing?
Often, formal theological programs or traditional institutions of higher learning are not able to customize programs specific to participant needs.
How are we addressing it?
Our customized, electronic, blended learning format allows participants to:

Our mission is to assist clergy and lay leaders to upgrade skillsets for the specialized ministries that God has dropped into their spirits. This campaign will allow us to provide Certificate in Ministry scholarships to participants who will then initiate a ministry or expand an existing ministry.

- Established The Encouragement in The Word Ministry Group, a Facebook based interactive ministry group, birthed on 3/22/2011, which has grown from a couple of hundred members to 4100 members
- Launched the Daily Encouraging Words by Leisa Ministry page, on August 22, 2013, which has over 1700 “likes” on Facebook
- Ordained by The Multitude Experience on 9/7/2013
- Appointed Associate Pastor at Impact Family Worship Center on August 17, 2014; also responsible for Christian Education, Adult Ministries, coordinating annual ICON conference
- Served as The Multitude Experience Executive Director overseeing our first interactive on-line class of four students through the certificate process from 12/2014-2/2016, awarding three certificates
- Launched Leisa Wilkins Ministries 3/9/2015
- Published “The Holy Week Devotional: Holy Week It’s Not Just Another Week!” on 3/9/2015 (second published devotional, the first was published on 3/10/2012)
- Completed a third devotional, “31 Days of Encouragement” which will be published by Q1/2017
- Mentoring women
- Preaching, teaching, and speaking at conferences
